Banderas Bay is big and spread out. We recommend four areas: Zona Romántica (central and walkable), Sayulita and San Pancho / San Francisco (laid-back beach towns to the north), and Nuevo Vallarta (all-inclusive resorts near the marina). There's a bit more on each below.
